Members actively contribute to the alumni network through sharing knowledge, expertise, experience and their own personal development journeys.
Alumni members participate in learning and development opportunities and supporting other colleagues who are participating in the course. They also continue to support each other in their specific cohort and more widely via the established community after attending one of our courses or programmes.
This community supports peer–to–peer development and discussion and facilitates mentoring and coaching opportunities across the public sector.
Alumni are provided with the appropriate tools to continue to grow and develop, develop their leadership skills and hence create the talent pipeline for the sector.

We are making a difference in the UK and beyond. Programmes such as Empowering Women can be tailored for specific groups. In 2021 the programme was adapted to support women working with their local Rotary Club in the Gambia.
