The magic of mentoring – part 2

Join us for the second of our seminars in support of our mentoring programme. Socitm’s learning programme manager, Aidan Matthews, will be in conversation with Zoe Lewis, founder of the award winning company, The Leadership Coaches.

She will share her experience of what makes mentoring successful for mentors, mentees and organisations. She will also share some of the pitfalls and obstacles that people encounter and what can be done to overcome them.

Known for her ability to work with senior executives, directors and managers, director of The Leadership Coaches Zoe Lewis has a history of coaching board members and senior leaders. Zoe has assisted many individuals in sustaining significant behavioural change. With a keen interest in neuroscience, Zoe helps clients identify behaviour patterns that help them achieve their goals. Zoe also specialises in developing emotional intelligence, which she employs to support and challenge clients in equal measure.
