Join us for the third of our seminars in support of our Mentoring Programme. Socitm’s Learning Programme Manager, Aidan Matthews, will be in conversation with Jo Keeler, managing director at Belbin Ltd., Jo Keeler.
Belbin was founded as a company in 1987 with a mission to help people discover their strengths and work more effectively together to build high – performing teams.
During her 21 years at Belbin, Jo has been for spearheading strategic and operational activities, and building the Belbin brand, both in the UK and worldwide. Jo leads the UK team and works closely with Dr Meredith Belbin to ensure that innovation is always in line with the company’s ethos.
We will be discussing the important role mentoring can play in helping people find their strengths and managing weaknesses.
