The Magic of Mentoring – programme launch session

Socitm’s Learning Programme Manager, Aidan Matthews, will be in conversation with Mary McDowall, one of the founders of the exciting new startup company, Learning Solutions Matter. She will share her experience of what makes mentoring successful for mentors, mentees and organisations.
