Due to current government restrictions on travel, we need to ensure that we can continue to communicate with each other and our service users using the latest technologies. This presentation, developed by Socitm members at Norfolk County Council, provides specific guidance on appropriate and safe use of video conferencing and messaging technologies for different purposes and situations.
