Socitm is delighted today (Wednesday 12 February) to announce the launch of a new era of support from its Institute.
Formed in 2023, the Institute is a one-stop shop for members to access research, benchmarking, learning and development, and practical tools to support transformation and change agendas.
Following member feedback and in response to growing pressure facing local public service delivery, the institute’s new offer focuses on building capacity for change in organisations through self-sufficiency.
To strengthen this initiative, three highly experienced leaders join the team: Andrew Rogers, Paul Cotton and Steve Cotton.
With extensive knowledge, they bring expertise and a real understanding of the pressures facing the sector together with access to a wider network of resources.
“Steve, Andrew, and Paul bring not just expertise, but fresh thinking and a deep understanding of the challenges. The Socitm Institute’s new services are designed to deliver practical, high-impact support that enables local public services to innovate and build long-term sustainability.”
Nadira Hussain, CEO, Socitm
Support is available through a wide-ranging set of accessible tools including;
- practical assessments,
- templates,
- change frameworks and methodologies,
- expert-led workshops and
- access to trusted digital and data accelerator tools.
These support services are designed to help staff at all levels become more self-sufficient and sustainable.
Ever more critical if organisations are to respond effectively in the current climate of fast-paced change and reform across the sector.
Stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks. In the meantime, we encourage you to connect with Steve, Andrew and Paul to learn more.
