Your organisation’s membership includes training and Leadership Academy training points to use for each registration.
Membership levels
Each membership level includes a (different) number of points to be used for courses:
- Essential = 4 points
- Essential+ = 8 points
- Enhanced = 12 points
- Executive = 16 points
You use these points to register and “pay” for each booking on a course.
Start by logging in to your user account
- Don’t have a user account? Create one. You’ll need it to access member-only resources.
- Log in to double check which membership you have (in this example it says Staff, yours will be one of the above)
Making a course booking
Register for a course by clicking the ‘Book your place’ button and completing the form.
Each booking uses up points:
- Place-based Leadership = 4
- Top talent = 4
- Empowering women = 3
- Equality, diversity and inclusion = 1
- How to be an effective coach = 1
- Introduction to emotional intelligence = 1
- Managing and motivating hybrid teams = 1
- Change Agent (with Microsoft) = 0
Confirming your registration
- When we receive a booking points are deducted from your organisation’s total
- We let your organisation’s main contact know and give them the new points balance
- Accept the calendar invitation to your course
- Join your course
That’s the simple part. You have the interesting part of thinking about and applying what you learn.
How many unused training points do you have?
Log in to your user account for an up-to-date number of available training points on the day that you check.
