The course is open to all roles and services; it is not limited to personnel working within ICT or digital services.

We would encourage participants to

• proactively participate in the course through sharing their ideas and experiences
• undertake group exercises
• be open to learn about the tools and techniques that are used
  follow-up on any actions and apply them to their own workplace
