You will hear about the Wellbeing Automated Service, which Hampshire Council co-developed with PA Consulting in response to covid pandemic and the need to support Hampshire’s shielded residents, and how this solution has now evolved to help the Council deliver Social Care services successfully in required timeframes.
We will cover:
- The need to contact vulnerable individuals during covid and how the solution was built.
- How Hampshire Council is using AI and automation today and the benefits those technologies have brought.
- How other councils can adopt similar technologies for a variety of use cases, while addressing residents’ needs and realising cost savings.
