Within these themed meetings your regional committee is free to create an agenda that works best for you and your regional colleagues.     The shift to remote and hybrid working during the pandemic is here to stay. Although many workers cite the lack of a commute and improved work-life balance as key advantages of working from home, there are also challenges around inclusivity in the workplace, particularly for women and disabled workers. We will share key learnings from three research projects conducted throughout 2020-22 and will touch on key “do’s” for managers and employers to best manage inclusivity in a remote and hybrid environment.
