Overview

It is important for all of us to know how to play to our strengths and fully use our talents. Yet a lot of us do not know what our real strengths are let alone how to use them. This of course leads to feelings of frustration and disengagement from our work.
The good news is that recent discoveries in the world of neuroscience have proven to be very helpful.

In this session Aidan will share some fascinating insights into how preferences in our brain structures determine our strengths and give us clues about the areas of work in which we are more likely to be successful. He will also share some useful tips on how to avoid ‘overplaying’ our strengths and avoid ‘derailing’ ourselves.

This seminar is for those who want to take a slightly different look into developing potential, for themselves and others.
