Overview

Building Resilience

Complex environments, ambiguous expectations, economic uncertainty are adding to the pressures we face day to day. The recent pace of change has presented some big challenges that will remain with us for some time. However, we know that some people navigate these times very well and even thrive. The key seems to be resilience.

Some key questions may come to mind:

  • What make some people more resilient than others?
  • Is it a matter of genetics?
  • What things we can learn from resilient people?

In this seminar Aidan will share some of the studied factors that build resilience in others and give you some simple tools to help you do the same. If you are feeling overwhelmed with your workload add this session to your to do list.

This seminar is for those who want to manage pressures more effectively and increase their resilience.
