During our spring workshops we will explore some key benchmarks. Attendees will be given the opportunity to learn from recent participants as they discuss the circumstances behind their relative results.

Overview of how benchmarking metrics are presented and understood.
Discussion of observation related to the way that ICT is being delivered across organisations.
Discussion of changes related to the cost efficiency of participants ICT.
Discussion of how well participants are delivering their services.
An opportunity for participants to raise questions or topics, and to expand on observations made.
