How can councils use mobile apps to provide a better experience for local people?

Webinar Wednesday

Authors and contributors: Cantarus

In this session we will be looking at how councils can use mobile apps to empower local people to engage with council services while lessening the burden for local authority teams.

This case study session will focus on the next stages of development for the highly successful MyNotts app at Nottinghamshire County Council. Residents can now make the most of council services wherever and whenever, effortlessly available in the palm of their hands giving constituents a voice on local issues and allowing the public to report matters of concern like highways maintenance issues. Launching in early 2020, the app provided a key channel of communication during the coronavirus pandemic.

The app is about to receive another round of development and refinement, so join us to find out how the new app will embody everything learned about best practice to deliver a better experience than ever for the people of Nottinghamshire.
