With over 15 years of experience in IT and digital leadership, Julian has spearheaded initiatives that modernise public services and improve citizen engagement. His career spans senior roles in Cambridgeshire County Council, Serco, and Hertfordshire County Council, where he led large-scale technology strategies, infrastructure projects, and operational services.
