After London and Birmingham, Leeds is the third biggest city in the UK. In 2019, it is also one of the country’s most progressive and dynamic areas in the utilisation of digital innovation in public services. It was, therefore, a fitting location for Socitm’s final Share National event of the year.
Thought-provoking, sometimes controversial and interactive, the conference was over-subscribed. As well as an array of illustrious speakers, the event incorporated presentations by Socitm’s latest Leadership Academy Top Talent cohort in response to a citizen engagement scheme challenge set by Leeds City Council.
