LCIOC – simplify, standardise, share

This paper articulates a high level strategic approach and associated design principles for the application of digital technology and its role in helping to dramatically improve public service outcomes, orientated towards the unique strengths and needs of individual areas.

Digital technology is the means and not the end. The principles outlined here can be applied to the way that outcomes are addressed and how services are designed and delivered, whilst considering the diverse places in which people live and organisations operate.
