Socitm awarded CPD accreditation

Socitm has been awarded CPD points for all training and development programmes offered by its Leadership Academy.

From November 2019, all those enrolling on a course of continuing professional development with the academy will receive credits, helping to ensure they meet their personal and organisational CPD targets.

The academy currently offers three programmes: Empowering women, Top talent and Senior leaders. Each has been accredited and, upon graduation, all cohorts will receive CPD points.

Socitm’s Leadership Academy delivers a series of programmes uniquely designed to harness, develop and promote talent in the public sector. Developed in partnership with QA training they are designed to build confidence and centre on collaboration and sharing. CPD accreditation adds further value to the Leadership Academy offering, enabling participants to keep a CPD portfolio capturing what activities they’ve undertaken and how such learning has improved their professional capabilities and worth.
