The votes are counted and Socitm is delighted to announce Matt Lewis as its new Vice President.
Matt, Chief Operating Officer at the Shared Resource Service (SRS) in Wales, was officially confirmed as VP following Socitm’s AGM on Tuesday, 8 June.
He joins his four fellow VPs along with President Sam Smith who make up Socitm’s President’s Team.
Matt said:
“I’m delighted to be voted in as Socitm’s new VP. And I look forward to working with Sam and her team, along with the wider organisation. We’ve seen the very best of the public sector over the last year, in what has been extremely challenging circumstances. So it’s great to join as we work through post-COVID-19 recovery.
My passion stems from my own career journey and my interest is to help people from all backgrounds get into the industry and build futures.”
