Modern trends have been moving towards a ubiquity of digital services, and as the expectations of citizens and consumers increase, councils have no choice but to keep up. During the session, some of the challenges that this poses to organisations in the public sector will be discussed, regardless of the size of their budget, or workforce. We will be discussing what the considerations are, and what should be taken into account during these digital transformation projects.

  5. 15:00 Regional Roundtable

Facilitated by Kurt Frary, Deputy Director of IMT, CTO, Norfolk County Council and Socitm Chair (East)
