Think BIG start small: bridging the gap

Overview

Transformation, modernisation, performance improvement, were all in the business of trying to make big change happen. We all know that big change can’t happen without lots of small change. Yet going from big to small is only one of the gaps that must be crossed to make big change happen. We must also bridge the gap between; current and future states, individual and group understanding, conceptual vision to practical detail, one piece to many pieces, and, we must do all of this in a way we can get our heads around. How can all these gaps be bridged so that our big change can be successful? Using lessons from the oldest change profession on earth we explore the concept of capabilities and how they are the foundation for bridging the gap and making big change happen.
