With the public sector transforming rapidly, focus remains on enhancing productivity and operating more efficiently. To complicate matters, the line between the digital and physical worlds keeps shifting, becoming increasingly blurred. Customers interact with organisations across both worlds, and employees need the ability to do the same. However, although most organisations recognise the need for service transformation, many of them are not certain of the tools that they need or how to get started. This webinar will take a persona based approach as we look at transforming your authority across front, middle and back office functions as you seek to engage citizens, empower employees, optimise operations and ultimately transform services.
