Overview

Building back better – but how?

IT professionals have worked hard to enable councils to deliver services to citizens over a very challenging year. Local authorities made significant digital leaps forward during the pandemic but now, as we start to win the war against the virus, local public service leaders face another, potentially larger challenge.  To modernise ICT service delivery – and do we further evolve or transform?

Join SOCITIM, Capita and the Good Things Foundation [local authority, name tbc] for a panel discussion on the next stage of our transformation into more effective, resilient technology-enabled ecosystems, that deliver better outcomes for communities. Our panel discussion will cover

  • digital inclusion
  • technology levers for the future
  • and changing culture to build back better.
