Overview

Even more economic uncertainty, even more complex environments, even more ambiguity, are adding to the pressures we face day to day. The changes we are experiencing have presented some big challenges that will remain with us for some time. It feels like things are getting tougher. However, we know that some people navigate these times very well and even thrive and the key seems to be resilience.

Some key questions may come to mind:

  • What make some people more resilient than others?
  • Is it a matter of genetics?
  • What things we can learn from resilient people?

In this seminar Aidan will share some of the latest thinking about what builds resilience and will share some simple tools and techniques to help become more resilient.
If you are feeling overwhelmed with your workload and life, add this session to your to do list.

This seminar is for those who want to manage pressures more effectively and increase their resilience.
