Building an impactful advanced analytics capability

Overview

In this session, Pye Nyunt, Head of Insight & Innovation at the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham will provide a description of how they have rapidly accelerated their insight journey over the last 3 years through the adoption of the OneView platform.  He will also talk about how this has helped them to build out their own internal capabilities in Machine Learning and Risk Modelling and how starting with the needs of the business has been critical in driving value and adoption.

Wajid Shafiq, CEO of Xantura will provide an overview of Xantura’s emerging collaboration strategy which is designed to leverage the work of our existing council clients for the benefit of other councils and the wider public sector.

The session will be interactive as we are keen to understand the experiences & challenges of attendees when deploying advanced analytics to the frontline.
