Our meetings can be face-to-face (with refreshments provided) or virtual (bring your own refreshments) and will be focused on Socitm’s policy themes.     Northumberland County Council have transformed the way they deal with customer engagement thanks to the AWS cloud-based Contact Centre “Amazon Connect”. The clunky, ageing, on-premise solution susceptible to cyber vulnerabilities has been replaced with a much more responsive solution allowing Northumberland the ability to rapidly adapt to demand as well as interrogate data to better inform the wider business how to provide a better service.
