This is your chance to ask questions, share ideas, and get the most from your Socitm membership.

Whether you want to know more about training and courses, connecting with peers for learning, managing your account, or our plans for the 40th anniversary, this session is designed to support you.

We’ll also update you on changes to membership packages, benchmarking opportunities, and how we’re helping members with local government reorganisation.

This is an open, informal space – so bring your questions, and we’ll do our best to answer them.

1. Welcome and introductions – Director of member services Dave Sanderson.
2. Membership updates – Head of operations Poppy Brummell will give an overview of important changes to packages in 2026.
   This will include:
   • Overview of changes to packages in 2026
   • Update on services, including training, benchmarking, and LGR support
   • 40th anniversary highlights and what’s ahead
3. Open floor for any questions.
