Jodi champions the cause of making digital services and spaces inclusive and accessible.

With a wealth of experience in the IT field, Jodi has mentored three individuals through the Soctim mentoring scheme, demonstrating her commitment to nurturing talent and supporting growth within the industry.

Jodi believes that mentoring is a powerful tool for personal and professional development.

In her spare time Jodi runs a charity and chairs a Women in Tech group.

In conversation Jodi will share her insights on the profound impact mentoring has had on her career, both as a mentor and a mentee.
