    Alison Mckenzie-Folan, Chief Executive of Wigan Council and Place Lead for Health and Care Integration (Wigan), NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care

    Alison McKenzie-Folan, Wigan Council’s chief executive, will reflect on lessons learnt ten years on from the creation of the Wigan Deal, and how the council is now planning for a new era. An era in which the technological opportunities presented by AI will support a place-based mission to tackle inequalities and deliver sustainable person-centred services. Alison will also reflect on her personal journey as a digital leader and her drive to develop new talent in local government and tech.
