During our spring workshops we will explore some key benchmarks. Attendees will be given the opportunity to learn from recent participants as they discuss the circumstances behind their relative results.

    Overview of how benchmarking metrics are presented and understood.

  3. 02:20 Did the Pandemic change things

    Discussion on whether the changes it forced ICT by the Covid-19 pandemic have impacted the views of the services in general.

  4. 02:40 Key results

    Highlighting metrics of specific interest from the last twelve months.

  5. 03:00 Home vs Office workers

    Explore if workers who have remained in the office have a different opinion of ICT compared to home workers.

  6. 03:30 Weighted Gaps & Key Drivers

    An explanation of weighted gap and key driver analysis, and how these can inform your action plans.

  7. 16:15 Open Discussion

    An opportunity for participants to raise questions or topics, and to expand on observations made.

  8. 04:30 Farewell

    Workshop ends.
