  3. 10:25 Data as a catalyst for change

In this presentation, we explore how the implementation of a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) has served as a powerful catalyst for organisational change within Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC). The session will delve into the strategic alignment of our MVP with the Supporting Families initiative, offering a concrete case study of data-driven transformation.

We will discuss why an MVP approach was chosen, how it has driven significant changes, and the crucial role Simpson Associates played in this transformation. Additionally, the presentation will highlight the challenges encountered, the initial outcomes achieved, and the valuable lessons learned along the way.

Join us to discover how the MVP has not only facilitated immediate improvements but also laid the foundation for long-term innovation within CCC.
