    In this presentation, we explore how the implementation of a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) has served as a powerful catalyst for organisational change within Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC).     We will discuss why an MVP approach was chosen, how it has driven significant changes, and the crucial role Simpson Associates played in this transformation.
