Socitm’s Top Talent programme, part of the Leadership Academy, aims to prepare participants for leadership. Each cohort has to tackle a significant project, tackling the kind of challenges which are faced by technology leaders.
These briefings discuss how the three groups within the spring 2020 Top Talent cohort worked on enabling mobile and homeworking within public sector organisations, just as Covid-19 turned this into a necessity. Each covers the experiences of the group in working on the project and a summary of their conclusions, as presented to Socitm’s President’s Week 2020.
