Many of the challenges facing public services cannot be solved by one organisation alone. Place-based leadership is about working across organisational boundaries to improve outcomes for the places and communities we serve.

This course will help you develop the skills, confidence and mindset needed to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and partner organisations, influence beyond your direct authority and lead change in complex environments.

You will broaden your perspective on leadership and change, helping you think beyond the priorities of a single organisation and consider what will deliver the greatest benefit for communities. You’ll leave with fresh insights, practical ideas and greater confidence to lead in complex environments.
