During the session we’ll explore topics including:
- What impact has your membership had on your role or organisation;
- How are you using Socitm research and policy resources;
- Your views on our benchmarking service;
- How can we better promote and increase visibility of member benefits;
- How well does our training support your development.
🔍 Purpose and outcomes
Last year’s revised annual membership check-in survey helped shape Socitm’s three-year strategy. These focus groups will dive deeper into those findings to ensure we’re on the right track for you. Your feedback will directly shape Socitm’s future direction and services.
