    Service redesign, whether driven by digital transformation, customer‑experience improvement, cloud migration, or cost optimisation, has significant implications for cybersecurity. It can be a powerful enabler of better security, but it also introduces new risks if not handled deliberately.  Dan Jones will highlight from his own experience what opportunities service redesign brings for cybersecurity as well as the challenges and risks it can introduce.
    Topics include: Secure by design and early risk reduction, modernisation of legacy security practices and controls (including identity, access and trust models), better observability and threat detection, positive business impact and alignment, handling expanded attack surface, aligning security with speed of development, navigating complexities from shared service models, responding to data protection and privacy risks, overcoming skills, culture and governance gaps.
