About Andrew Boxall
Andrew Boxall is the Founder and Managing Director of WeChange.AI, established in 2024 with a mission to make organisational change meaningful, measurable, and scalable. With a career spanning public sector transformation, manufacturing, and nearly 4 years at Microsoft – where he launched the global Innovate Together initiative.
He holds an MSc in Managing and Leading IT Systems Change from the University of Chester, alongside certifications in Microsoft technologies, ITIL, and PRINCE2.
Andrew is passionate about inclusive transformation and sharing best practices at scale. He was identified as having, what was then known, as Asperger’s Syndrome at university and loves to share his experience how this effects his work and life.
