• Provision of coaching or mentoring for a team member or for one of your leaders over multiple sessions – our team offers this to Portfolio Holders, Senior Teams as well as to existing ICT and Digital specialist roles.  It can be useful in building understanding. 

• Side by side working for six hours over a period of time, on a problem area of your choice, enabling peer to peer learning and support.

By the end of this highly interactive workshop, you’ll have a shared understanding of user needs, a backlog of opportunities for improvement and we will have mapped constraints and enablers, bringing clarity to the next steps.

A combination of research, journey mapping, observation and interviews will be used. As part of the session Socitm Advisory will provide you with a summary of the data we have captured and actionable insights for you to take forwards.

Service design doesn’t have to be difficult, but to do it well requires an holistic mindset that considers context, strategy, people, process and technology – as well as a whole lot of empathy and understanding.

Join our talented service design team for a half day of service design where we will take your existing research and together with your team/s ideate options to solve a service problem.  

The output of the session will provide you with pragmatic and actionable design options and/or a recommendation that you can take forwards.
