At Socitm, we are taking an active role in encouraging and empowering individuals to become the innovative, collaborative, bold and imaginative leaders the public sector needs. That’s why we created our Leadership Academy.

This report showcases how our Top Talent 2019 cohort benefited from taking part in an academy development programme designed to build individual and collaborative confidence and ability. It also explores the real life challenges those taking part rose to throughout the year.
