Socitm Advisory congratulates HSJ award winners
Public sector ICT and digital advisor Socitm Advisory has extended its congratulations to all the winners at this year’s prestigious Health Service Journal (HSJ) Awards.
The awards are the largest celebration of healthcare excellence in the UK, attracting around 1,500 entries across more than 20 categories.
The East Sussex Better Together (ESBT) alliance won the Improved Partnerships between Health and Local Government category, proudly sponsored by Socitm Advisory.
ESBT brings together prevention work, primary and community care, social care, mental health, acute and specialist care across East Sussex. By working together, the alliance has made significant improvements in care pathways across health and social care.
Russ Charlesworth, Director of Healthcare and Social Care at Socitm Advisory, said: “This is a crucial period in the development of the NHS. The need to improve efficiency, while improving patient care has been combined with the challenge of introducing new care models and navigating ever-increasing levels of government and regulatory scrutiny. That’s why it’s important, now more than ever, to recognise, celebrate and spread best practice and leading-edge performance. We were thrilled to support the HSJ Awards this year and would like to congratulate all the finalists and the winners for their great work.”
Socitm Advisory provides consultancy support and strategic advice to the public sector, helping to transform organisations’ IT services and assisting with the delivery and implementation of programmes and projects.
Notes to editors:
ESBT is made up of five local partners: Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford CCG; Hastings and Rother CCG; East Sussex County Council; East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (ESHT); and associate partner Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT).
