We are planning a briefing in the new year on the experience – good and bad – of introducing apps for delivering local authority information and services. We are keen to hear from members in response to the following questions:
- What particular service areas do you think could benefit from an app for citizens?
- Do you see a role for apps for staff, and if so in what areas?
- If your council publishes an app: Please can you share the URL (ideally from the Google Play app store)?
- What have been the pros and cons of deploying the app?
