Taking a design-led approach to change 13 September 2018
FutureGov founder Dominic Campbell will be a keynote speaker for North 2018 in Darlington on 18 October.
Dominic will take an in-depth look at how a design-led approach to transformation in public services can provide better experiences for both employees and citizens.
Having spent five years in government, Dominic established FutureGov in 2008. Soon to be a team of more than 50, FutureGov supports digital and design-led transformation in public services in the UK, Australia and many places in between.
Most recently, Dominic has also become interim chief digital officer of Homes England, the national government agency facilitating the delivery of new homes across England.
Other confirmed speakers include: Nicola Graham, Socitm president; Nadira Hussain, Socitm director of leadership development and research; and Phil Young, Cloud executive advisor at AWS.
We’re also lucky enough to have NHS representatives with us to discuss the benefits and challenges of joined-up care data. You’ll have the chance to learn how health and care partners are working together to make sure that information flows seamlessly between different public bodies’ systems.
Don’t risk missing out on this chance of accessing new ideas, solutions and innovations to help deliver the public services of the future - register your place at North 2018 today.
