Surveys your entire ICT user base to find out how they feel about service they receive from your organisation’s ICT. In addition to the overall satisfaction of the service, users are asked to rate how satisfied they are with a variety of aspects of the service. The resulting analysis allows participating organisations to see where they should target the attempts toward improvement. To further aid analysis, results can be viewed by in the context of other organisations or internally by role, organisational segment (eg department), mode of working or device type To take part in this service, each participating organisation need only provide a list of emails addresses for each user, along with their segmentation choices for role and organisational segment.
