To help us deal with this new way of working it’s necessary to have strategies and plans in place, so that meetings and other activities aren’t dominated by technical difficulties or lack value or purpose. Our strategies and plans need to take on board delivering value and support in the current environment, as well as prepare for the gradual return to the new normal.
