Within these themed meetings your regional committee is free to create an agenda that works best for you and your regional colleagues.     Key challenges facing society include health and care provision supported by a sustainable workforce and financial model.   Through digital, data and collaboration the evidence shows the opportunity that exists to deliver thousands of hours of additional care, upskill the workforce, increase economic development, reduce demands on the health system and pay people through saving money. Too good to be true? Working in neighborhoods and building generative relationships between partners supported by quality digital infrastructure it becomes available in any area.

    Local Digital Collaboration and Engagement Manager Tom Lowndes will be talking about the work of the Local Digital Fund and how they look to foster innovation, using some of the current projects as case studies. Tom will also share findings from the Future Councils pilot about the biggest challenges councils face and how you can get involved in the next phase of the programme
