Modernising ICT service delivery

Local meetings are held several times a year in each region for our members to connect and engage with each other. It gives our members a chance to see what other authorities are working on or even having challenges within their council and discuss topics that are current.

The meetings begin over coffee and also include lunch… Free food and drink – what more could you want? If you have a topic that you think would be interesting to discuss or you would like to find out more send your suggestions through to us at hello@socitm.net

We’ve a truly excellent agenda in store for you at Socitm’s East Midlands Local meeting, featuring presentations and workshops focusing on Modernising ICT Service Delivery.

A warm welcome awaits you at the Socitm registration desk followed by a chance to greet familiar faces – and make connections with new ones – over refreshments.

Strong working relationships are integral the success and longevity of digital service delivery but where do those partnerships begin? In this session, our event partners take to the stage to explain why their approach to working collaboratively is right for you.

 

09:40 – Splunk workshop 

 

10:30 – Networking break

Whether you choose to carry on existing conversations or start fresh ones with new contacts, this is an opportunity to enjoy refreshments while catching up and connecting.

It’s time to eat and greet as we reflect on the morning’s programme over lunch. This is an opportunity to continue the conversation as we come together with our partners and enjoy further food for thought.
