How do we attract, recruit and retain women into IT leadership roles? Diversity and inclusion are more than just buzz words: They’re essential to every organisation’s logevity and success. Yet, in our sector, women are woefully underrepresented. This issue asks how we start to bridge the gender divide.

We also take a trip overseas and learn how Finland is focusing on global collaboration in order to share best practice.
