Change is a constant in most people’s work lives, it can be driven by numerous internal or external factors such as an organisational restructure, outsourcing, in-sourcing, a new leadership team, a takeover, merger, downsizing, to name just a few examples.
Research has shown that most people don’t like change however, a comprehensive suite of well managed IT policies can provide stability and help an organisation and its people to navigate change.
In this session Steve Macmillan will discuss the benefits of having good IT policies in times of (constant) change and how to ensure they remain effective.
