Join us for Partner Day 2021 to hear our exciting plans, aims and vision for working with the private sector over the next 12 months and beyond.

This informative session will give you all the information you need to understand what’s on offer and how this is designed to create a unique and powerful relationship between Socitm and its partners.  Find out more throughout the session how this delivers innovation and transformation across the public sector crucial in its response to the challenges COVID-19 has created.

  1. 10:00 Welcome and Introductions

    Dave Sanderson, Regional Director

    Director Dave Sanderson will open the event by sharing Socitm’s aims over the next 12 months and vision for the future. He will focus on the role of partners within Socitm and the unique role they have in supporting innovation and transformation in the public sector.

  2. 10:15 Meet the President’s Team

    Sam Smith, President

    Socitm’s President’s Team provide a direct link between the organisation and the public sector. Hear from each of our five vice-presidents on their policy themes along with our President Sam Smith. Understand the aims and objectives for the individual areas of focus for each member.

    Hear from two partners who have worked with Socitm.  Discover the relationships they have established with the organisation and with the public sector.  Hear how working with Socitm has allowed them to build brand awareness and corporate image within a distinct target audience.

    Poppy Whelan, Head of Membership & Events

    Socitm’s live events connect an engaged audience with the very best speakers from both the public and private sector.  Hear from head of membership Poppy Whelan on what’s planned in the next 12 months.

  5. 11:15 2022 Partnership Packages

    Aimie Francis, Head of Partnerships
    Dave Sanderson, Regional Director

    Head of partnerships Aimie Francis and director Dave Sanderson round the event off before opening up for Q&A.  Aimie and Dave will go into more detail about the packages on offer and what we are looking to achieve with those who come onboard.

  6. 11:45 Q&A

    The final part of the day is an open forum to ask any questions of the Socitm team.

Who can join our events?

Our events are open to everyone and relevant to all levels of staff, from new joiners right through to senior executives. This creates a vibrant mix which promotes innovation, sharing of best practice and drives the modernisation of public services.
