Socitm Advisory

Socitm has created a new advisory service 'Socitm Advisory' to complement and extend its existing range of consultancy services.

This new service is in recognition of the rapidly changing environment in which our members operate and is in response to the need to deal with the new set of challenges that Public Sector Reform demands.

It has been created to:

• Retain and reinforce the guiding principles and ethos of Socitm;
• Elevate and sustain the capability and capacity of members via the knowledge transfer of ICT enabled business transformation services, tool kits and know-how;
• Co-develop results focused solutions that save money, improve public services and provide a platform for future change;
• Extend Socitm's focus beyond supporting best practice ICT management to connect with the wider Change and Efficiency Agenda of Senior Management Teams;
• Offer transition support solutions spanning new model visioning to results driven solution delivery;
• Secure differentiated technology based partnerships that add value and revenue to Socitm;
• Develop solutions that are different, complimentary and symbiotic with the existing Socitm Consulting, Benchmarking and Insight services.
